Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take longer.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier or customs issues beyond our control.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the UK and EU.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses (unless otherwise stated).


International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
