Returns & Customer Satisfaction Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Twilight Entertainments LTD.


Non-Returnable Items

For reasons related to health, safety, and product customization, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with opened or tampered hygiene seals (e.g. bath toys, adults toys, consumables).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Final Sale items, including the Bargain Basement Collection.


How to Return an Item

In-Person Returns

  • Visit any event or market stall where Twilight Entertainments LTD is trading.

  • Bring the item along with the original receipt.

  • Our team will inspect the product to confirm it meets the return requirements.

  • If approved, you may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit. A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Mail-In Returns

  • Contact us at sales@twilightentertainments.co.uk to initiate your return.

  • Pack the item securely and include:

    • A copy of your receipt.

    • A brief explanation of the reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or credit within 7–10 business days. A 2% restocking fee applies.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, minus the 2% restocking fee.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@twilightentertainments.co.uk.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.
